Event entertainment
Novotel
The Brief
When The Bureau of Fun’s good friends at Novotel were looking for something egg-citing to do at multiple locations for Easter, they knew that we had it sorted.
The idea was to create an event that promoted Novotel and its services to the local area, encouraging greater engagement with the local community.
Key mission goals included:
- Create an exciting event that would appeal to the local market and expand brand awareness.
- Assist in showcasing each venue’s facilities in order to build a local market
- Deliver awesome entertainment
Our Plan of Attack
With The Bureau Agents already on a sugar high, they hopped straight to it to deliver events that would have more brand longevity than the Duracell Bunny.
The idea was to create a Mad Hatter-style tea party in which Novotel would be able to showcase their amazing culinary delights.
We delivered family fun entertainment that created a truly magical experience that would have bowled over even the Queen Of Hearts.
Other plans of attack:
- Fun and exciting activities to engage the whole family
- Appearances by the Easter Bunny
- Photo opportunities with family favourite characters including the Bunny himself
- An Eggs-traodinary Easter egg hunt
Mission Complete
The Bureau Agents, with a clear mission and a water-tight plan of attack, were able to deliver a multi-location event, cater to hundred’s of local families, deliver a memorable experience and lasting relationship within the community.
Mission highlights:
- 2 giant Easter egg hunts
- 500+ chocolate eggs
