Suncorp Store Opening
The Brief
With the launch of the new Suncorp location, The Bureau of Fun was on hand to create a splash and deliver some hot new ideas that would really create a buzz.
Not wanting to rely only on traditional promotion and launch strategies, Suncorp knew that The Bureau of Fun would inject a unique and fun element to the event that would get everyone talking.
Key mission goals included:
- Creating excitement and awareness of the new store location
- Encouraging foot traffic to the store
- Positive, fun and memorable brand engagement with potential and existing Suncorp Customers
Our Plan of Attack
With the launch taking place in December, The Bureau of Fun Agents knew that there would be a heavy amount of foot traffic throughout Westfield and a lot of opportunity for exposure. They also knew that during the festive season, they needed to stand out from the crowd.
Engaging our awesome Elves, we got to work to create a fun and unique plan that would appeal to individuals and families, targeting the Christmas shoppers.
Strategically placing The Bureau of Fun Elves, we were able to engage with the public in a personal and entertaining way that also delivered a positive experience for Suncorp’s target market.

Mission Complete
With The Bureau of Fun Elves on overload we were able to draw a crowd and more importantly, attention to the new Suncorp location. Our Elves delivered wonderment and delight to the Christmas shoppers allowing Suncorp to utilise the busy season and stand out from the crowd.
With The Bureau of Fun’s unique approach, it certainly was a fun, positive and memorable experience for all!
